1. Returns:
- Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened. If the seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation:
- Customers are allowed to cancel orders at no charge if done so prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

5. Shipping Costs:
