So Genius I/O is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

For products that include a digital proof, production may begin after the customer approves the proof.

Once approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the spelling, layout, measurements, design, and other details shown in the proof.

Changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges or may not be possible if production has already started.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Intellectual Property

If you submit artwork, logos, images, text, trademarks, or other materials for use in a custom order, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it.

You agree not to submit material that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights of another person or organization.

So Genius I/O reserves the right to refuse or cancel any custom order involving material that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission or authorization for submitted materials.

5. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, images, availability, and other information on the website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.
