Processing Time:

  • Most orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates:

Delivery Estimates:

  • The delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that these are only estimates, and actual delivery times may differ.

Domestic Shipping (within continental United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 15-30 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • So Genius I/O is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • So Genius I/O is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages:

  • If your order is lost during shipping, please contact the carrier to initiate a trace. So Genius I/O cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
